Rain and snow showers will continue today for portions of the Northern Rockies and Great Basin. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible for portions of the Central Rockies, Midwest, and Mid Atlantic.
Current NWS Advisories/Watches/Warnings in iMapPro:
A broad area of showers and thunderstorms will be possible from the Central Rockies into the Midwest. An area of low pressure will slowly drop the the southeast, keeping a chance of isolated thunderstorms. No severe weather or heavy rain is expected.
A shortwave over the Northern Rockies will begin to move into the Plains with rain and snow showers possible. Higher elevations could see up to 6 inches of snow with isolated higher amounts.
Light showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible for portions of the Mid Atlantic, as well as South Central Texas. No severe weather expected.
