Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible today for portions of the Northern Plains and Midwest. An area of low pressure over the Northern Plains will continue to move southeast across the Midwest, keeping a chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms in place. With any storms that develop, damaging winds and small hail will be the main concern. Elsewhere, dry and quiet conditions will continue.
