There is a slight risk for severe thunderstorms tomorrow across portions of the Central and Southern Plains as a lee cyclone develops across the region. Ahead of this system, daytime heating and moisture advection will be sufficient for destabilization. This will be sufficient for the development of thunderstorms across the Central and Southern Plains tomorrow afternoon. As thunderstorms develop, large hail and damaging winds will be the main concerns, but a few isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out.
