Winter Storm for Portions of the Great Lakes and Northeast

A winter storm will bear down on portions of the Great Lakes and Northeast as an upper level system moves across the Plains.

Current NWS Advisories/Watches/Warnings

An upper level system will move into the Northern Plains and dig into the Great Lakes. Ahead of this trough, heavy snow with snow rates of 1-2 inches per hour will be possible.
