Winter Storm for Northeast on Wednesday

There will be the potential for significant winter weather across portions of the Great Lakes and Northeast ahead of an upper level system. Heavy snow with accumulations of 5-10 inches (with locally higher amounts) and gusty winds will be possible from Upstate New York through Maine. In addition, sleet and light freezing rain will also be possible.
