A weak area of low pressure over the Southern Plains will bring a mix of rain and snow to portions of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles, moving into Northwest and North Central Oklahoma this afternoon. Temperatures will warm above freezing for much of Oklahoma so accumulations will be limited.

Further to the north, light to moderate snow has developed across the Chicago area. Snow will continue through light morning and early afternoon with 1-3 inches possible. Lighter snow is ongoing across portions of Northwest Kansas, but should dissipate before reaching Kansas City.
