Excessive rainfall is possible on Wednesday across West Texas.

An upper level low is expected to move eastward slowly over Arizona. Isolated strong thunderstorms will be possible for southern and eastern New Mexico into western Texas where excessive rainfall will be possible. Western Texas could see rainfall totals in excess of two inches in some areas.
