No significant hazardous weather is expected on Thursday.

An upper level trough over the Pacific Northwest will bring a surface low into Manitoba with a cold front extending into the northern Great Plains. Limited chances for isolated thunderstorms exist along the southern portion of the front, but better chances will be along the northern portion of the front in Manitoba. Hazards for Manitoba include wind gusts exceeding 40 mph and hail in excess of 1 inch in diameter.

Thunderstorms are forecast to develop along a warm front in the Great Lakes region and also along a cold front across the east coast; however, no severe weather or heavy rainfall is anticipated.

Showers and thunderstorms are forecast to affect the Western Gulf Coast; however, widespread severe weather or heavy rainfall are not anticipated.
