An upper level low is expected to push eastward across the Great Lakes as a cold front pushes eastward across the Appalachians. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop across the eastern states, Gulf Coast, Southern Plains, and portions of the Western US. Thunderstorms are expected to stay below severe thresholds.
