Developing surface high pressure across the Central CONUS will begin to build across the Midwest on Thursday with fair skies anticipated across the Upper Midwest and Great Plains regions. Wednesday’s upper low is forecast to lift northward along the Atlantic Coast with shower and thunderstorm development expected from the Ohio valley into the Delmarva and Carolinas. Moisture will remain limited across the entirety of the country, however, and the risk for any severe impacts will remain negligible at best.
