Light to moderate snow is expected on Wednesday for the Great Lakes and Northeast.

Great Lakes through Northeastern US:Light to occasionally moderate snowfall will be possible on Wednesday as another weak area of low pressure advances out of Canada and the Northern Plains and into the Great Lakes and Northeast. Lake effect snow across the Great Lakes could produce locally heavy snowfall, though in general, totals are not anticipated to be significant. As the low translates eastward it is expected to become absorbed into the overall upper level system pattern which could enhance additional precipitation chances into Thursday.
