Light to moderate snow is likely Tuesday across the Northern Plains, Western Great Lakes, and Rockies.
A fast moving clipper system will cross through the Northern Plains and into Great Lakes today, in addition to a strong cold front. Light to moderate snow accumulations of 3-6 inches will be possible through tonight.
Across the Rockies, moderate to heavy snow is possible across portions of the southern Colorado Rockies. Areas in excess of 8 inches of snow will be possible tonight through tomorrow.
