Light to moderate snow will be possible Tuesday across the Upper Midwest and Northern Rockies.
Northern Rockies: Several upper disturbances will overspread the Northern Rockies on Tuesday with moderate to heavy snow expected. The higher elevations will receive isolated amounts of 4 to 8 inches.
North Dakota/Minnesota: A fast moving Clipper system will cross through the Northern Plains and into the Upper Midwest early on Tuesday. At the surface, a strong cold front will track into the region after dark with building high pressure over Alberta and Saskatchewan.
