Freezing rain is continuing across portions of Southern Oklahoma and Northern Texas. In some areas, temperatures may warm slightly above freezing, allowing for a transition to rain. Overall, little warming is expected and precipitation should wind down tonight. A second wave of freezing rain will be possible tomorrow morning. The second wave may be heavier than the first wave.
