Snow continues for portions of the Desert Southwest in association with an upper level trough moving over the Western US. Up to 16 inches of snow will be possible across portions of Arizona and Utah. In addition, winds to 25 miles per hour will allow for blowing snow and low visibilities.
Across Western, Southern, and Central Texas, ice remains a concern. Between a tenth and a quarter inch of ice will be possible for portions of Western and Northern Texas, as well as some sleet, making travel difficult in these areas.
