Light to moderate snow will continue on Tuesday across the Central Rockies and High Plains.

A strong area of high pressure across the Central US will push a cold front into the region on Tuesday. At the same time, a developing trough will track southward along the California coast. Smaller disturbances downstream from the trough will allow sleet ad snow from the Colorado Front Range into Northwestern Texas. While significant accumulations are not expected, 1-2 inches of snow will be possible through Tuesday night.
