A mixed bag of precipitation is continuing for portions of the Ohio River Valley through tonight. Later tonight, some freezing rain will be likely for portions of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia. Between a tenth and a quarter of an inch of ice will be possible. Winds to 25 miles per hour will be possible, which may increase the potential for power outages. Some travel issues will be possible as well.
