Lake effect snow is continuing off the shores of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario and will continue through Wednesday morning. Snowfall rates will be 2-4 inches per hour with total accumulations between 2 and 3 feet. Sustained winds will be between 20 and 30 miles per hour with gusts to 40 miles per hour. Visibilities near zero at times will be likely.
