Showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday from the Mid Atlantic to the Tennessee Valley; isolated strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible.

Mid-Atlantic to Tennessee Valley:
Isolated to scattered shower and thunderstorm activity will linger into Wednesday as a cold front continues to press south and east. The risk for severe weather should remain fairly limited, but a few hazardous thunderstorms with winds gusting to 45 mph will be possible from the Tennessee Valley up into Mid-Atlantic.
