Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible today from the Ohio Valley through the Gulf Coast.

An upper level trough will push over the eastern half of the country. Scattered thunderstorms will be possible from the Ohio Valley down into the Gulf Coast. A few marginally severe thunderstorms will be possible with strong wind gusts to 60 mph the main concern.
