Thunderstorms will be possible across portions of the Central Rockies and High Plains ahead of an upper level trough. Where breaks in the clouds have occurred, destabilization will allow for the development of thunderstorms. With any storms that develop, large hail and damaging winds will be the main concern, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
