Showers and thunderstorms will continue across the Eastern US in association with an area of low pressure over the Ohio River Valley. While no widespread severe weather is anticipated, a few isolated severe thunderstorms with hail and gusty winds will be possible. Some flooding will also be possible across portions of the Lower Mississippi River Valley where 2-4 inches of rain have already fallen.
