Heavy rain continues for portions of the Plains and Flash Flood Watches remain in effect through 7AM CDT Thursday.
Up to 4 inches of rain will be possible for portions of Oklahoma through tomorrow morning. With heavy rain possible, flooding will also be a concern, especially in low lying areas.
