Flooding is possible today and tomorrow for portions of the Rockies. As a result, Flash Flood Watches are in effect for portions of the Rockies through noon MDT Wednesday and for portions of the Southern Plains through early evening. Rainfall rates of two inches per hour will be possible for portions of the Rockies. Over 3 inches of rain will be possible in some areas of the Southern Plains.
