Flooding continues across portions of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through early tomorrow afternoon.

Some areas near the Dallas, Texas area have already seen 12-15 inches of rain with 3-4 inches in addition possible. In some areas, rainfall rates are approaching 2 inches per hour.
