Rain is beginning across portions of Oklahoma and will continue through Friday. Flash Flood Watches are in effect for portions of Oklahoma and Texas through Friday morning.
Heavy rain is likely at times today through Friday. With storms moving slowly at times, this will allow for high rainfall accumulations, as well as flooding across portions of Oklahoma and North Texas. Over 7 inches of rain will be possible in some areas.
