Two new Severe Thunderstorm Watches are in effect. The first is in effect for portions of Northern and Central Alabama, Northwest Georgia, and Middle and Eastern Tennessee until 6pm CDT. A second watch is in effect for portions of Southwestern Alabama, Eastern Louisiana, and Southeastern Mississippi. Damaging winds to 70 mph and isolated tornadoes will be possible.
