An area of low pressure over the Plains will begin to weaken as it moves over the Eastern US. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible over the Eastern US on Wednesday, but the severe weather potential is low.The best chance for severe weather will be across the High Plains. Upslope flow will allow for the potential for severe thunderstorms ahead of a dryline. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main threats with these storms.
