Thunderstorms will be possible for portions of Western and Central Nebraska for this afternoon and evening as a shortwave trough moves over the Rockies and into the Plains. At the surface, a cold front will move through portions of Nebraska. As thunderstorms develop, large hail and damaging winds will be possible.
