Severe thunderstorms have developed in Southeastern Texas. Radar has indicated the potential for hail as big as 3 inches. In addition to the hail, damaging winds and lightning will be possible. These storms will continue toward the east and northeast. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch continues for portions of Texas and Louisiana until 5pm CDT.
