A winter storm will impact the Northeast on Wednesday as an area of low pressure moves northward along the East Coast.
Along with heavy snow, accumulations to a foot, visibilities to a quarter of a mile, and winds to 55 mph will be possible through tomorrow. The strongest winds, however, should be off the coast.
