Wind chill values could fall as low as -35 in portions of the Northern Plains tonight and into tomorrow morning. With wind chill values this low, frostbite could occur on exposed skin surfaces within 10-20 minutes. Overnight lows will be as low as -30 in portions of North Dakota and Minnesota. Winds will be light in this area, however, other areas of the Plains could see winds up to 20 miles per hour, adding to the wind chill.
